bioconda是非常流行的生物数据分析环境管理工具，可以用来安装管理生物信息软件。是生物信息软件的AppStore。默认采用交互式安装方式，只需要四步简单的Enter，yes，Enter，yes即可完成安装。但很多新手容易安装错误，其实bioconda也可以采用非交互式安装，这次内容我们来简单介绍一下。 直接运行脚本是采用交互式运行，可以添加命令行选项参数-h获取帮助信息。软件仅有几个参数。这里我们直接选择mamba工具Miniforge3.
