Finally, I\x26amp;#39;ve met my people. People that share my values. People who care about social justice, speaking truth, being athentic, who care about individuals. I\x26amp;#39;ve got to the position to be able to recognize the internalized sexism and capitalism inside myself. Then huge self-compassion came in and suddenly everything started making sense.
