Photo courtesy of the university Thirteen universities in Asia are among the world's top 50 for computer science, with tuition fees ranging from US$3,400 to US$34,000 per year. According to the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025, released in mid-March by British higher education analytics firm Quacquarelli Symonds, Asian universities continue to demonstrate strong performance in computer science. Among the top 50 universities worldwide, 13 are from Asia, with China leading the region with eight universities featured. Singaporean institutions secured the highest positions, with the National University of Singapore ranking 4th globally, and Nanyang Technological University at 6th.
