Petrobras set to award $450M-worth of maintenance contracts

Click on the top to follow us Brazilian oil giant Petrobras has entered negotiations with a trio of service companies to contract maintenance services for several ageing production platforms in the country’s prolific Campos basin.  Petrobras in early June received commercial bids and the top combined offers for the three lots resulted in proposals totalling 2.46 billion reais ($451.6 million), industry sources told Upstream.  Portuguese engineering company Mota Engil emerged on top for the most valuable package, Lot 2, with a 1.26 billion reais offer.
