【中国声音】李刚、薛皓教授团队：术中快速分子诊断在辅助脑胶质瘤亚型划分及精准切除中的作用

近期， 山东大学齐鲁医院神经外科李刚、薛皓研究团队 在神经医学期刊 《Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology》 发表了题为《Intraoperative rapid molecular diagnosis aids glioma subtyping and guides precise surgical resection》的研究论文。本研究利用课题组前期自主研发的自动集成基因检测系统（automatic integrated gene detection system, AIGS），床旁检测脑胶质瘤患者的异柠檬酸脱氢酶（Isocitrate dehydrogenase, IDH）和端粒酶逆转录酶启动子（Telomerase reverse transcriptase, TERTp）突变状态，实现了术中胶质瘤亚型精准诊断并指导手术切除，显著提高了患者的肿瘤全切除率，进而改善患者预后。 Li J, Han Z, Ma C, Chi H, Jia D, Zhang K, Feng Z, Han B, Qi M, Li G, Li X, Xue H.
