禧茗涧上海首店落址于上海普陀区大渡河路 Via 商城的独栋物业，建筑上下两层，面积共计 366 平方米。此建筑呈不规则形态，内部核心筒无法拆除，致使空间进深受限，这给空间规划工作带来了严峻考验。 The first store of XiMingJian in Shanghai is located in the stand-alone property in Via Mall on Daduhe Road, Putuo District, Shanghai. The building has two floors, with a total area of 366 square meters.
