The environmental challenges we face, and the solutions we must create, continue to evolve in scale, scope, and complexity. It is imperative that Environmental Science & Technology ( ES ) simultaneously evolves not only to remain relevant but also to continue to lead the environmental field with impactful and relevant research for the benefit of society. As such, those serving on our Early Career Board (ECB) represent not only excellence in today’s ES but our aspirations for evolving the breadth and diversity of ES ’s scholarship and community. With the expertise, experience, and insight of our ECB, ES will be more effective in our work today and oriented for future directions. ES is seeking nominations for early career researchers to join our ECB.
