CATL posts 15.01% YoY rise in 2024 annual net profit

Shanghai (Gasgoo)-  On March 14, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. ("CATL") released its 2024 annual financial report, revealing total revenue of around 362 billion yuan, a 9.7% decline year-over-year. However, its full-year net profit attributable to shareholders rose 15.01% from a year earlier to 50.745 billion yuan, underscoring the company's steady growth momentum. Excluding the impact of certain non-recurring gains and losses, the company's net profit still rose 12.23% from a year earlier to 44.993 billion yuan.
