BACKGROUND 背景 Sternotomy is the traditional approach for thymectomy. However, over the last 2 decades minimally invasive surgical approaches (multiport thoracoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery) have proven feasible, offering similar survival, lower morbidity and shorter length of stay.
