Human-Centric Approaches for Safe Navigation of Intelligent Ground Vehicles Submission deadline: 30 June 2025 This special issue aims to expand current research by focusing on human-centric planning and control mechanisms. It considers the physical dynamics of IGVs and incorporates models of human behaviors, perception, and decision-making processes. By integrating these human factors into control and planning algorithms, this issue seeks to bridge the gap between purely technical solutions and systems that can seamlessly interact with and adapt to human users, thus offering a holistic approach that differentiates it from other special issues in related areas.
