新皇岗口岸综合业务楼项目位于 深圳 福田区福田南路与百合三路交汇处，总建筑面积约17万平方米，地下5层，地上50层。 项目由Aedas、华阳国际和深圳市综合交通与市政工程设计研究总院有限公司设计，以“流水叠石”为核心理念，是深圳河套深港科技创新合作区“一心两翼”规划布局的核心建筑。 建成后，项目将服务于新皇岗口岸非现场业务工作，成为串联广深港科技创新走廊的重要枢纽。 Standing in the heart of Futian District, the Huanggang Port Tower covers 170,000 sq m, featuring five underground levels and 50 above-ground floors.
