老外认为在高中应该学但没教的几件事 1.personal finances  We tend to learn from habit. Since people tend to take the path of least resistance, their financial knowledge is based on emotional decisions, rather than a rational approach.  2.How to learn independently  Maybe the biggest shortcoming, because you are taught in schools to listen passively and learn from a teacher rather than create knowledge for yourself. 3.Trades  Schools are so focused on book knowledge that they have stigmatized almost any job that does not involve sitting behind a computer. Thus, schools no longer teach mechanics, sewing, cooking, and a multitude of useful life skills any more. 4.Usable Mathematics  I'm not saying the math we’re learning now isn't going to be useful someday. However, I don't see the practicality of the application of log23 - log 3 = x when most high ………………………………
