In the past half
year, the development of China NEV market is further speeding up. Faster
product launch cadence, fierce pricing competition and pursuit of high volumes
capture the eyes of the public, while very few attentions
are paid to brand value. This is the 5th release of LandRoads NEV Brand Health Study since 2021. We expect to focus on the brand landscape evolution and
provide reference for OEM strategy planning. In H1 2024 study,
we collected insights from over 6,700 NEV owners. Key findings are categorized into following 7 parts. 01 Brand Awareness Brand awareness (aided
brand awareness) is to ask the
respondents if you can recognize the brand after showing the brand name or
logo. Brand awareness of
leading startups as Tesla, Nio, Li Auto and XPeng stabilizes over 95%. Xiaomi is squeezing into the Tier-1 group, with the awareness score over 95%. It becomes the only brand that achieves the 95% score
besides Tesla, Nio, Li Auto and XPeng. ABA index of
