Reshaping Urban Food Systems under Climate Change: From Supply Chains to Consumption Submission DeadLine: 31 May 2025 The global food supply chain faces unprecedented challenges intensified by the accelerating impacts of climate change (Li et al., 2024). With urban expansion and growing populations, food systems in cities must navigate rising temperatures, shifting precipitation patterns, and resource limitations, all of which significantly transform food production, logistics, and consumption. This special issue calls for contributions from researchers and practitioners to examine the complex relationship between climate change and the food supply chain—from production to consumption—emphasizing innovative methodologies, analytical tools, and case studies ranging from national to urban scales.
