The research forms part of the NERC-funded  GALLANT  project ( Glasgow as a Living Lab Accelerating Novel Transformation ). In collaboration with Glasgow City Council, C40 Cities and the Doughnut Economics Action Lab,  GALLANT  has developed a framework to define a ‘thriving Glasgow’, balancing planetary boundaries with the social foundations for a good life.
