Ascentage Pharma announced today that it has released the latest results from a Phase Ib/II study of its Bcl-2 inhibitor lisaftoclax (APG-2575) in combination with azacitidine (AZA) in patients with treatment-naïve (TN) or relapsed/refractory (R/R) acute myeloid leukemia (AML), in a poster presentation at the 60th American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting taking place in Chicago, IL.
