Click on the top to follow us Subsea contractor TechnipFMC has been awarded a “large” contract for integrated engineering, procurement, construction and installation (iEPCI) work for a subsea system for London-listed Energean’s Katlan development in the Mediterranean Sea offshore Israel. Though it did not specify the deal’s exact value, TechnipFMC said it considers a “large” contract to be worth $500 million and $1 billion. The contract will cover design, manufacturing and installation of the subsea production system for Katlan, as well as a pipe network, umbilicals and subsea structures.
