However, I did not receive my full security deposit. My main issues in the list of charges are the two cleaning charges listed at $200 for Clean & Bright Cleaning 1x1 and $190 for the carpet cleaning, which combined to be $390. Seattle Residential Landlord-Tenant Act Section RCW 59.18.280(1) says the landlord shall include "a full and specific statement of the basis for retaining any of the deposit" and "a copy of a bill, invoice, receipt, vendor price li
