投递截止时间：2025年1月12日 International Consultant: Job Analysis and Organizational Design for Country Programme Management Plan (CPMP), UNICEF, Beijing, China (remote and onsite) The purpose of this consultancy is to provide support for a Management Review of the China Country Office's business structure and to assist in formulating the strategic direction of the Country Programme Management Plan (CPMP) for 2026–2030, aimed at achieving better outcomes for children in China. More specifically, the consultant will support the China Country Office from a human resource planning and management perspective and is expected to carry out the following tasks: Review the country programme structure and its implications for the office structure.
