On March 28 and 29, Good Food was invited to hold an offline Healthy plate workshop for students of XJTLU International Business School (IBSS). The event was organized by SFT (Sustainable Future Talents) students from IBSS, with more than 70 students from different majors participating. The two-day event demonstrate youth leadership in food system innovation, and another. It’s also an attempt by Good Food Fund to empower youth leadership in food system change on campus. Through a fun healthy plate game, the workshop helped students understand the gap between the daily plate Chinese people’s current diet and the recommended residents' dietary guidelines. Under the guidance of good food nutrition experts, students learned the ratio of ideal plates and how to scientifically increase the intake of vegetable protein - legumes.
