Dr. Xin Ming’s Lab at Wake Forest University
School of Medicine is seeking a highly motivated and independent postdoctoral
researcher, along with multiple PhD students, to lead projects in
cancer-targeted immunotherapy. Ideal candidates will have a background in
immunology, bioengineering/biotechnology, chemistry/biochemistry, or cancer
biology/therapy. Wake Forest University School of Medicine ranks
among the top 50 U.S. medical schools. The lab focuses on cancer-targeted delivery
of immunotherapy agents using antibodies and nanoparticles. Research efforts
involve the molecular engineering of protein- and nanoparticle-based systems,
along with the application of stimuli-responsive approaches to enhance delivery
and achieve synergistic effects. Following this, the lab examines immune
regulation mechanisms and tumor responses to these novel immunotherapy agents
in cell culture and animal models. The lab is supported by multiple NIH grants
as well as funding from the Wa
