文献来源 Managerial Entrepreneurial Experience (Entrep): In this study, managerial entrepreneurial experience is measured by the number of ventures initiated by the manager before the firm's public listing. In the sample firm, the manager refers to the chairman of the board of directors of the firm's public listing period. Their entrepreneurial experience is measured by the number of ventures started before that firm's listing, regardless of whether the venture was sold or closed down, and regardless of the nature of the prior entrepreneurial experience results or failures.
