NIA Warns of "Blind Box Marriages" with Foreign Women

▲ Click above to subscribe   点击上方蓝字关注我们 The National Immigration Administration office released a report on two foreign women who were caught attempting to enter China to engage in marriage fraud activities. ‍‍‍‍‍ According to the report, a Chinese man returning from abroad told immigration officers that a foreign female passenger with him was his girlfriend whom he met during his trip abroad. He happily shared with officers that he brought her to China so they could register for marriage. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ However, upon questioning, immigration officers quickly found that the lady was already married to another Chinese person.
