Chemoproteomic affinity matrices use immobilised small molecules to capture target proteins from complex native cell lysates, and have proven beneficial throughout different stages of the drug discovery workflow. In this webinar, we will i) showcase a typical compound profiling workflow, ii) discuss the pros and cons of this approach in comparison to other chemoproteomic methods, and iii) highlight some examples on successful implementation in a drug discovery workflow. 化学蛋白质组学方法已发
