文献来源 Organizational culture archetype Using natural language processing (NLP) techniques to analyze 1.2 million reviews from more than 600 organizations, Sull and his colleagues (Sull et al., 2019) identified nine dimensions of organizational culture, including agility, collaboration, customer, diversity, execution, innovation, integrity, performance, and respect. Each Glassdoor review was coded according to whether it mentioned a specific cultural value (incidence) and whether the value was described in positive terms (sentiment). The distinction between incidence and sentiment maps to the two dimensions of organization culture suggested by O’Reilly (1989): the intensity with which the norm/value is held (sentiment), and the consensus or level of agreement (incidence).
